Providing Electrical Engineering design and support during construction services for installation of two additional mitigation wells in the existing mitigation well field. Design scope includes (3) design packages with electrical drawings and pole line drawings. Support during construction scope includes submittal reviews and RFI’s.
Providing Professional Electrical Engineering services for a power study, procurement, inspections, and programming. Power study work consists of device evaluation, protective device coordination, Arc Flash study and Arc Flash labels.
Providing Electrical Engineering services for early works related with the communication network for the facilities associated to the dewatering systems. Assessment scope includes a GAP analysis to review existing information to ensure that the existing fiber systems in conjunction with the new will be completed without gaps.
Provided project management, electrical, controls engineering oversight and process programming and startup support. The Construction Administration work included onsite construction support tasks, Request for Information response, site observations, O&M submittal reviews, record drawings, and startup support.
Providing Electrical Engineering services for the BHP Copper Cities Mine no. 6 sump upgrade. Arc Flash Analysis includes device evaluation, protective device coordination, arc flash study, and arc flash labels. Design scope includes (4) design packages for EI&C systems.
Project consisted of a PLC control panel design as well as Process Programming work. Programmed the site PLC, Allen Bradley ControlLogix 5580. HMI was GE iFix with Historian and Alarm Management using Win911 Network.
Provided electrical instrumentation and control design for a new 600,000 gallon water reservoir and a new (3) pump booster stations. Reservoir level maintained hydraulically from a separate pressure zone. A hydrostatic level transmitter was required to monitor the tank level.
Provided design, construction support, and post-construction support for upgrades at the Layton Lakes Lift Station. Scope consisted of evaluation and design to upgrade existing equipment and upgrade of the odor control, reduction of nearby generator noise level, and electrical/controls equipment.
Provided Engineering Consulting Services including design and construction administration for water system upgrades for the Maricopa Mountain Domestic Water Improvement District (MMDWID). Projected was approached in a multi-phase process.
